Order Dispatch Time
Once we receive your order, allow us 2 – 8 days’ time to dispatch your ordered items. There will be no dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We know you cannot wait to wear the garment that you have ordered, so we will take all the efforts to dispatch your garments as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeline
Once the order is dispatched/shipped, it will be delivered anywhere between 3 to 10 working days. Delivery timeline depends on the area of delivery.
Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. In any event that you are not available to receive your product, someone else can receive the goods on your behalf. i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, BY Clothing takes no responsibility for goods signed by any other person.
Some courier companies may request an OTP to complete delivery. OTP will be sent to the number entered at time of placing order.
BY Clothing is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
For any claims related to damage in transit must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery with a valid proof (photograph). We request you to write to us at byclothingcompany@gmail.com. BY Clothing will not be responsible for any claim raised with respect to damages post the above-mentioned time frame.
In case of non-serviceable areas, the customer will have to personally collect the parcel from the courier company’s nearest branch.
Products will be shipped only within India.
