Return Policy
Mismatch – If a wrong product is delivered to you, then don’t worry we will be happy to help you. You can easily return the product within 7 working days.
Size Issue – We know you chose the right size but still if there is any size issue, you can easily return the product within 7 working days.
Damage – We take utmost care and do quality checks before dispatching the garment. However, in an unforeseen situation if the garment is damaged, then we have you covered. We will definitely accept your returned product. You can easily return the product within 7 working days.
Not Satisfied with your purchase – That’s really sad, but we will happily accept your return and you can choose some other amazing garment from our store. This is only in a special case. We will thoroughly analyse the reasons and the final decision will be taken by the company.
Colour – There may be a slight colour variation, this is because of the lights used in photography. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept a return for colour issues.
Altered Garment – If you have altered the garment to fit your size, we won’t be able to accept a return.
Stain on Garment – Our garments go through quality check before dispatching. So, if there is a stain on the garment, we won’t be able to accept a return.
No Tags – Somethings have to be put straight. No tags, no returns.
No Bill – Somethings have to be put straight. No Bill, no returns.
Torn Piece – Sorry, we won’t be able to accept the return. All our garments go through quality check before dispatching.
Returning to Delivery Person – Never ever return the product to the delivery person. BY Clothing will not be able to help you in such a case.
Washed/Used garment – This is totally unacceptable.
Ordering different product – Only size exchange is possible. You cannot order a different product. In certain special cases, we shall consider an exchange.
Garment that was already exchanged once cannot be returned.
Return requested after 7 working days will not be accepted.
When we first ship your garment, the shipping charges are borne by us, but the return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
We take utmost care about the quality of each garment. However, if there is a need for refund, we will take it up as a special case after thorough analysis.
