Changed your mind? No worries, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

If you have raised a return/exchange request and would like to cancel the return pick up, then do it before the pick up is initiated. Once the return pick up is arranged, we cannot cancel the return/exchange.
